Décor & Design
Our dedicated décor team handles stage design, florals, lighting, and table settings — built around your vision, not a catalogue.
Our Approach
At White Orchard, décor is not an add-on — it's the first conversation we have. Before a single flower is ordered or a drape is chosen, our team sits with you to understand your colour palette, your family's taste, and the feeling you want every guest to walk away with.
Everything is then executed entirely in-house: stage fabrication, floral work, lighting design, table settings, and entrance styling. Nothing is sourced from a generic supplier and recycled from the last booking.
What We Cover
Everything designed and executed by our in-house team — no third-party decorators, no coordination gaps.
Custom-fabricated stages sized to the hall — from a classic backdrop for a nikkah to a full floral archway and seating platform for a walima stage.
Centrepieces, entrance florals, bridal stage garlands, and aisle arrangements — fresh flowers selected and arranged by our in-house team per event.
Ambient, uplighting, spotlighting, and fairy light canopies — tailored to the ceremony type and time of day, controlled in-hall throughout the event.
Linens, centrepieces, charger plates, and place settings coordinated to match the stage palette — consistent from the head table to the last row.
The first impression matters. We style hall entrances, guest walkways, and baraat reception areas as carefully as the main stage.
Royal garden, minimalist modern, traditional Pakistani, or fully custom — we build the concept around your vision rather than choosing from a fixed menu.
The Process
1. Décor consultation. Before booking, we walk you through the hall and discuss your theme, colour palette, and must-haves. No pressure, just a conversation.
2. Concept proposal. Within a few days we send a written concept — stage layout, floral plan, and lighting notes — for your family to review and adjust.
3. Setup day. Our team arrives the morning of your event and works through the setup without rushing — your hall is ready well before the first guest arrives.
4. On the night. A member of our décor team is on-site throughout the event to handle any last-minute adjustments.
In Their Words
"The stage looked nothing like anything I'd seen at another venue in Faisalabad. They actually built something new for us — not a backdrop from last month's wedding."— Sana & Bilal, Walima, Jade Hall 2026
